GDPC STAFF

The Greater Dallas Planning Council is managed by a staff of professionals at The TransSynergy Group engaged on a fractional basis to oversee administration of GDPC. They are available to answer questions about GDPC and help members with registration and website logins during regular business hours. Call 972-717-3500 ext. 225 and leave a message. Ebbah Tokwe is your main point of contact. She can be reached by e-mail or phone: etokwe@transsynergy.com or 972-717-3500 ext. 233.    She handles day-to-day operations for GDPC, answers questions about the organization, helps with registration, assists members to sign into the website. You’ll see Ebbah at the registration table at GDPC events.

Ebbah Tokwe brings more than twelve years of association management skills, marketing & sales experience and project management to The TransSynergy Group. She is an enthusiastic, motivational team leader with the ability to make sound business decisions in demanding environments. Her strengths are keen analytical skills that always lead to timely informed decisions and improved processes. In addition to her leadership skills & business expertise, Ebbah brings her technical-savvy ability. Ebbah attended SMU Cox School of Business for her Graduate Marketing Certificate Program. She received BA degree at the University of Zimbabwe.

Donna Hegdahl meets with the board to provide strategic insight and recommendations about marketing activities to grow the organization. She acts as the spokesperson of the organization channeling expertise and opinions of the board. Donna’s expertise includes all aspects of strategic and tactical marketing and communications. Ms. Hegdahl graduated from Bethel University with highest honors receiving her BA degree. Hegdahl has more than 30 years experience in marketing, communications, management, and customer service.  Other business associations look to Donna and the TransSynergy team for administrative oversight and ideas to grow. Hegdahl is active in the local business community, is a frequent speaker and presenter at industry gatherings.

Lea’s attention to detail makes her a perfect resource for projects that have to be done right. She manages customer updates, creates announcements and presentations. She executes e-mail campaigns and updates websites. She monitors the results of marketing programs, creating a monthly dashboard report. Her past experience in business and human resources gives her perspective to make decisions quickly and accurately. Lea holds an MBA in Management from Texas Woman’s University and a BBA in Personnel Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas.
